The HNY Hawaii Series is fantastic! Everything from the lush and
inspiring settings, the beautiful men, and the variety of practices makes
this box-set a great addition to my yoga practice. Aaron's instructions are
clear and easy to follow.
The great thing about this box-set is that there's a practice for whatever
mood I'm in - 'Coming Out In Hawaii' is the closest in style to my regular
practice, but when I'm needing to get energized - 'Sunrise in Hawaii' is
great. Likewise, 'Afternoon Delight' is perfect when I need to get calm
and centered and focus on a little 'self-care'.
My favorite DVD is 'Coming Out In Hawaii' - the very first scene - with the
room full of men doing the 'OM' in unison was akin to a religious
experience for me.
